The consideration paid by client within 72 hours of payment to Dr. Fish Healing The Inner Self is 100% refundable, however, if work has begun then a $150.00 hourly rate will be calculated for services rendered and deducted from any further refunds or cancellations. If either party shall institute suit to enforce any covenant of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to interest, court costs and a reasonable attorney’s fee.
Dr. Fish Healing The Inner Self provide web design, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and marketing advice, ideas, procedures and knowledge; no legal advice is offered or provided. The outcome of any particular website changes depends on content and rankings as per search engine parameters and are outside the control of Dr. Fish Healing The Inner Self. There is a guarantee to improve page rank of client’s website.
SHIPPING POLICY All services provided by Dr. Fish Healing The Inner Self do not require any shipping, however if required items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase during normal business days. (Monday through Friday additionally no shipping will occur on holidays)
