In recent years there has been a lot of research, which shows a very close connection between our negative emotions and our physical problems. For example, a prominent cancer specialist said, “I have never dealt with a cancer patient who did not have an un-forgiveness issue.”

Usually when one begins the healing process one can only deal with one or two issues in the first session. Often there is no follow up. This leaves one with a great number of unresolved issues. The purpose of this book is to provide that much needed follow up.

This book is a self-help approach to healing. Each day for fourteen days, it takes you step by step through the process of finding one unresolved issue of the past and release it. Each day the issue is found in a different category including unforgiveness, guilt, addictions, distrust, and others.

Because most people have more than one issue in each category, great benefit can be received by repeating the fourteen-day program.
